Learn the basics of Isshin-Ryu Karate including both mental and physical discipline. As students learn the art of self defense, they acquire self-confidence, serenity and the ability to concentrate. |

Learn self-defense through flexibility, coordination, conditioning and discipline. Basic punches, blocks and kicks will be taught at each class to progress through the process from white belt to black belt.
